PORT CALCULATOR Training Load Calculator Calculate your training load using the TSS or TRIMP method to optimize your athletic performance.
📖
What is the Training Load Calculator & How does it work?

Training Load (TSS) is a measure used in endurance sports to quantify the overall stress placed on an athlete’s body during training sessions. It helps coaches and athletes plan workouts that are challenging but not overly stressful, optimizing recovery and performance.

The Training Stress Score (TSS) formula is based on the intensity factor (IF), which compares the normalized power of a workout to the athlete’s threshold power. The TSS is then calculated by multiplying the duration of the workout in hours by the IF and by 100.

TSS = \text{Duration (hours)} \times \text{IF} \times 100
var = meaning
Duration = Workout duration in hours
IF = Intensity Factor
TSS = Training Stress Score
