What is the Vo2 Max Calculator & How does it work?

VO2 Max, or maximal oxygen uptake, is the maximum amount of oxygen an individual can utilize during intense exercise. It’s a key indicator of aerobic fitness and endurance.

The VO2 Max test involves measuring the volume of oxygen inhaled and exhaled while exercising at increasing intensity until exhaustion. The result is expressed as milliliters of oxygen per kilogram of body weight per minute (ml/kg/min).
