PORT CALCULATOR Anaerobic Threshold Calculator Calculate your anaerobic threshold to optimize your athletic performance.
📖
What is the Anaerobic Threshold Calculator & How does it work?

The anaerobic threshold is the point at which your body transitions from using aerobic respiration to anaerobic respiration. This transition typically occurs when you reach a certain intensity of exercise, and it’s crucial for understanding your endurance capabilities.

To calculate your anaerobic threshold, we use the Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LT), which is often estimated as 80-90% of your maximum heart rate. This value helps athletes determine their training zones and optimize their workouts.

LT = HR_{\text{max}} \times (0.80 – 0.90)
HR_max = Maximum Heart Rate
